I am not sure if the recruiter knows what she is doing, and she seems very annoyed talking with candidates. She just rambled on and on and on... the whole interview did not go anywhere which made me feel very confused. Very unprofessional! I should have researched this company rating before accepting interviews with them.

Was asked many technical SQL questions, how to perform joins, transactions, and required to provide concrete answers. Also quizzed on logical problem solving by being presented various scenarios. Ex. How would you join these two sample tables together? Or What would you do if you came across a programming bug you couldn't resolve?

A very flaky, disorganized recruiter who does not understand that T-SQL is done in MS SQL Server contacted me, tried to talk up this ridiculous company, and convinced me to continue interviewing for this role for which I'm pretty overqualified... and warned me I would be tested in depth on SQL...
I didn't go in expecting much after reading these reviews, then struggled to maintain a poker face as I was informed that this Herndon, VA, office relies entirely on business from Volkswagon... so clearly it will fold as soon as VW inevitably does...
The first set of interviews were conducted professionally, but the next 2 rounds included very rude Americans who don't seem to understand how to conduct an interview. I was badgered for what were clearly very narrowly scripted answers they were seeking.
I'm capable of proving with set theory notation that SQL queries used are optimal, but I wasn't asked much about SQL AND WAS NOT GIVEN THE SILLY TEST I HAD BEEN WARNED TO STUDY FOR, with an interviewer citing a "scheduling conflict". Frankly, I didn't feel like wasting another hour there just to ace SQL and logic testing, but that was basically the most infuriating, unprofessional BS I have ever witnessed...
