First there's a programming assignment which involves making a loan calculator, if you practice good coding techniques you will be called for a phone interview. This phone interview is actually an online interview where you will be asked to code on a live document and talk to your process.

Then when your done there going to ask you a big O question about your program to see if you know how efficient it is.
