Short brief, did not really ask be any questions about my skills. First was a phone interview which the owner totally forgot and stated that missing calls never happens (but it turns out its a daily habit and is unprofessional and bad for business). After the phone interview an onsite interview followed. The owner barely asked anything, and had the employees interview me. They did a better job than the owner by far. After that was a quick confirmation of becoming an employee.
