Applied online and got a response for a phone interview. Conversation went well and we talked about next steps. After that, didn't hear anything back for months. Urbanlinx has good properties, but this hiring process was sloppy and unprofessional. When interviewing, I got the sense that they didn't really know what they wanted for the position and were just playing it by ear. They also seemed really young, which may explain the lack of understanding. I suggest in the future that they farm all their hiring out to someone else and let them do the interviewing and hiring. Proceed with caution if you ever get a call from them to interview.
