After a first interview with the head of professional services, I was invited to the second step, which was a "cultural fit" interview with two current project managers. At that moment I was told I would get updates all along the interview process.
This second interview was pretty unpleasant as I felt like I was set up for failure. I was asked several questions without much context about the actual role. It was pretty mechanical, with no space for actual interaction. It could be my own subjective view, but one interviewer was outright unfriendly.
So far, no real issue, it's just life. But here is the problem: I never got a feedback. Not after a week, not after 4 months, never. After a week I wrote a direct email to the head of professional services, and she did not bother to reply. Maybe she is just "head of services".
For a company who takes pride in providing a human environment to their team, this just does not check. It was months ago and I did not intend to write a feedback, but I need to access glassdoor and they ask for one so I thought that could be helpful to other candidates.
Otherwise, the product looks good, and the role seems interested, so I still think they can provide good opportunities.
