I applied on LinkedIn and had a phone screen with an Executive Assistant, and it went very well. She asked thorough questions. Round two was with her with a co-owner, and it was around 30 minutes. It was a rapid-fire question and answer. They knew what kind of person they wanted. I didn't get the role, but they gave me excellent feedback. I have been rejected after the final round of an interview over a dozen times since the spring, and this was the best rejection I received. It shows they value people.
