A 3 step interview process. 1st was a phone interview with the subject matter expert. 2nd was an in-person interview with 4 project managers in Chicago. 3rd was an in-person interview with the 6 VP's of the company. They indicated that they would have a decision within 4 days after the last interview. On the 4th day, they emailed that they had some other candidates to interview and would get back to me. I checked back with them about every 3 to 4 weeks and got no response. After 4 months of no response, I asked one of the VP's I knew to have the company make a decision one way or the other. Still nothing. I now understand that this is their standard operating method. After three interviews with over 11 people at the firm, it is poor professional respect to the interviewee to ghost them.
