A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn asking if I was interested in an interior design position. I said yes and sent my resume and portfolio. Shortly after, I was invited to a video interview. During the interview, the designer introduced the company and asked me to talk about a specific project from my portfolio. Then, he suggested relocating me to an interior design position (even though the vacancy was already for that role). He didn't ask me to introduce myself or talk about my experiences, and the interview was very quick (10 min) and strange, sounded like a lie. Shortly after, the recruiter informed me that I was not approved. I found the process very disorganized, poorly conducted, and unprofessional.
