It started a 3 hours written test, which covered multiple choice of accounting practice, English essays and reading test, real estate evaluation and assessment, and proposal written. The conference room that was freezing, the test I joined with other 3 candidates that you can talk and exchange information without assessor observed

Terrible process. The office was in a hectic state upon arrival. The lady in charge of the office was yelling at a staff with external parties present (multiple candidates for different roles). Upon entering the meeting room for the actual interview, the lady in charge mentioned above, two other ladies, and one younger male were present in the room, but noone offered to introduce themselve, I have no idea what their name and designations are, who I should primarily speak to, or just anything really. After a few seconds of dead air, one of the ladies finally asked me to start by introducing myself, and halfway into my introduction, the same lady cut me off and asked questions which they clearly should have prepared before hand but did not do so. The entire experience was confusing and rude. Avoid this toxic company if you have any interest in a healthy workplace.
