I am having difficulty writing a review in professional language, so let's come to the points. They dont have clients, they hold your incentives, they dont have budgets for AM roles, One of known refer my profile to them and clearly mention she wil not relocate to Delhi NCR or Lacknow, if company can provide remote, then she is best candidate, I got the call from HR, I told the guy on call, hey I heard you are not hiring so is this datacollection and Mr HR confirm no we are actvily hiring. Yes, it is a remote role, so we communicated for about 30 min and promised to reach back on Monday, as usual. He ghosted typical HR and informed the person who referred me that she is good, no doubt, but we can't give remote. So my only question is, why did you waste my time? So please be very mindful while applying or asking for a referral in this comapny as they don't have many standards.
