Interviewed by Medical Director over phone. Already knew me from previous employment and knew my work ethic. Questions that he had were mostly about my availability and personal goals. Ultimately reached out to me about the position available. He let me know about the problems they were having with the person already in leadership position and said that this person would be demoted for me to come on board.
