2 rounds of phone interviews of 45-minutes each and then a "working interview" that lasted 2 hours for an entry level position. Although I have been at a much higher level in previous career, I wanted to explore transitioning into veterinary medicine because I love animals. All 3 interviewers (2 on phone and 1 in person) were very enthusiastic. But in the end, a complete waste of my time if they knew they were never going to extend an offer to someone "overqualified"
