The process took approximately 3 months. Communication was poor and through each of the 8 interviews it became less clear what they were looking for in candidate. Nice smart people, great brands, but strange process.

My initial screening interview was with Talent Acquisition. Then my second interview was with hiring manager. Then I interviewed with three potential peers. Once I was considered a final candidate I had a final interview with the VP.
