Very short (10-15 minutes), informal interview with the store manager. I wore business casual, but the interviewer wore casual Lucy products. It was low-pressure and I was offered a position by phone later the same day. Typical interview questions, such as "What's your biggest strength/weakness," etc.

I applied online and they emailed me back a week later to schedule an interview. It was suppose to be a group interview but the others did not show up so I interviewed solo.
