- Video loop interviews with 4 team members
- Final video interview with director.

4 interviews in two weeks.
-HR (30 minutes)
-Hiring manager (30 minutes)
-Potential colleagues (30 minutes)
-Panel interview based on a scenario (15 minutes)
The first three interviews were nice and pleasant. For the panel, you have to prepare a case that they send to you 30 minutes before the interview.
The question was related to their business and had some technical components. I believe they do not give you enough time for you to prepare, to evaluate if you know about what they do. If you are from the same industry, you have some advantages. Otherwise, things will get hard.
I would suggest potential candidates take things calmly as they want to do all the process very promptly. That means some stress and not enough time for you to prepare. I ended up exhausted.
I asked for feedback, and I received it. ALL negative stuff about my case (literally, nothing positive). In my conclusion, the case panel with the more senior roles seems to be the only thing that matters to them. I would be suspicious of a company that can't say anything positive in feedback.
The communication with HR was remarkable.

Questioning of the first 3 interviews were fairly similar in nature.
For the scenario, they only provide 30 mins to review, therefore I chose not to create a presentation of how I would tackle it and just talked through.
