After your resume is reviewed and accepted you do a face to face interview (online) and teach a short demo class. This is simple and easy and simply demonstrates that you are presentable, friendly and have potential as a teacher. After this you have a period of time to submit a contract and complete the training. The training is extensive and leaves you well prepared to teach a practicum. You teach 2 full 25 minute classes on 2 different days. You get feedback on both.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
