I was contacted quickly the day after I submitted my application. I was able to schedule the first interview for a couple days after. It was with an employee of HQ in China. She asked a few questions about my teaching background and told more about the process. I went over training videos and then scheduled my first practicum practice lesson a couple days following that. Able to skip the last interview because of good feedback.

Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
