The interview process is lengthy, but necessary for a work from home teaching position. Don't let it deter you. Prepare, smile, be energetic, patient, and have fun! You will model a lesson and remember that the interviewer is acting as a child would. Once you begin teaching, it's not as hard as the interview. Many of the children have an English foundation already.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
