There are many pathways to interview, but I first submitted my basic details and resume to confirm I met basic standards. Then, I could choose a 30 minute interview with a mentor, or submit a 3 minute express interview video in which you modeled some basic teaching to a fake student. After passing this, I scheduled my Mock Class interview. You teach about half of a class for beginners and and half of a class for more advanced students to your interviewer. Your interviewer pretends to be a child, and your responses to their mistakes and actions are the basis of the grade you are assigned for the Mock Class. My grade was high enough to pass without further testing. There are many ways to still be hired if you do not pass Mock 1.
