Lengthy and through but well worth it in the end. You do a series of steps to get hired including demo lessons. The demo lessons are nerve-wracking, but you get fantastic feedback!

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
