It was quite simple to fill the form. After filling it the candidate should wait 1-2 days before his application will be denied or confirmed. Being a native English speaker as a required condition was not mentioned anywhere.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
