Wait for job offer email after being called. Then you begin onboarding processes including background check and drug test.

Once applied the recruiter called to set up the interview. I went into the office for the interview and was introduced to my would be manager and the patient care administrator. They went over the responsibilities of the position and what expectations they had of me.
