Phone interview not too intense. Asked why I wanted to work in Hospice and How I might contribute to the company. It seemed that recent clinical experience was the most important factor.

I applied for registered nurse positions and spoke with a recruiter about multiple openings, including triage and admissions. I was told an interview would be scheduled for the triage role, but I did not receive a follow-up call until the following week, when I was informed the position was no longer available. The recruiter then discussed an admissions role and again indicated they would call me back to schedule an interview after I shared my availability. I did not receive any further communication regarding that position. My experience was that follow-up communication was limited during the hiring process.

The interview process was short. It was over zoom and I received an offer that same day. You met with a hiring manager and a nurse and the interview lasted for about 20 minutes. Orientation is pretty long though.
