Possibly my worst experience in a recruitment process ever. After setting up a Zoom appointment (the third or fourth so far), the interviewer GHOSTED me, not attending the invite that she setup herself, and never apologised or followed up. A total disgrace.

I interviewed for 2 separate positions at VML several weeks apart. Both times, the interview process was fractured and drawn out, with bottlenecks slowing the process, repetitive conversions and a general lack of conviction around what they wanted. But the most disappoints part of the experience was timing on final decisions. It was drawn out to the point of qualifying as ghosting…meaning chasing a conclusion through multiple follow up emails after waiting weeks. The worst part? They are posting deceiving salary ranges and underpaying in major markets. Steer clear if you’re a serious talent on the rise.
