I applied online in the sweltering summer and was actually interviewed six months later. Go mergers. Hired a couple of months later. The interview was easy and not long at all. The managers were easy going and knowledgeable. The culture was slack and egos held at minimum. Salaries were horrible but maybe this was for the best-scared away the world's horrible people.
