Applied via University, received opportunity to interview with one of the financial teams through the University which has contact with VMware's University Relations Team. Questions were straight forward, friendly people, appeared to be a nice working environment with everyone appearing to know each other/be friendly.

A test with open and closed code questions that should be done in a certain amount of time. If the first test is done correctly, an interview is scheduled with the coding team. They give you a coding task.

Average. I had 2 interviews with in a three weeks. Medium and hard interviews. I cracked both the interviews and was given the offer. Leet Code should be fine to crack both the interviews
Had 3 rounds of interview.
First round was 30 minute call with recruiter.
Second round was 45 minute was behavrioral interview with Director of department.
Third round was technical interview with manager for intern role.
