Das 1. Gespräch fand auf englisch mit irischem Akzent statt. Sehr freundlich, respektvoll und professionell. Kurze Aufwärmphase, dann gezielte Fragen zu einzelnen Positionen im Lebenslauf. Danach Erklärung der weiteren Vorgehensweise falls es zum 2.Gespräch kommt. Zuguterletzt kurzes Profil der Vakanz und Infos zur Unterstützung beim Umzug nach Irland.
Das 2. Gespräch fand 3 Wochen später per Skype statt mit einem Team von 6 Personen. Hier wurden Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen abgefragt. Die Stimmung war sehr entspannt und kooperativ.
Am Ende wurde noch Formales mit dem HR Manager zum Umzug besprochen.
Es gab danach keine weitere Kontaktaufnahme seitens VMware.

THE Vmware interview process is worst than any other company. Process took 1 month. 1st : - technical round Basic Networking (45 min) 2nd : - Technical round -Core Network (1h20 min) 3rd: - They call Management round but again it 90 % Core Networking questions and 10 % management questions (1h30 min). 4th : - Hiring Manager round (15-20 min, And guess what Again Technical round ) . 2 weeks no updates and even after followup by the candidate. After 3 weeks finally received an email stating they are not considaring my profile.
