Pros: There were 2 rounds post which there was no response. The first round was about my work experience and a guesstimate to judge basic analytical skills. The second round was technical. Asked 4-5 questions related to SQL and Python each. Both the interviewers were polite and cleared doubts if any. Cons: The process is very slow. The recruiters take time to respond and often they take more than a week. I was confident that my rounds went well. But post the second round there was no contact at all. The recruiters didn't respond to the mail. There was no closure provided whatsoever. Being one of the big organisations, at least have an automated mailer to let the candidate know about the status.

It was so smooth and a tough to clear technical round . The HR and top department were so friendly . There are a total of 4 rounds to be cleared and it was on an elimination basis. So be well prepared
