Absolutely no diversity in the team. All the members were Indians who asked nitty details of the programming language or in networking.
Recruiter call - nice person but has no idea about the interview process
Phone interview - coding question. Solved and verified edge cases. The interviewer is terribly rude who didn't even apologize for showing up 10min late.

Each of them asked a coding question(LC medium). Nobody had an idea what the other interviewer asked as I don't think they even had a discussion about it. Hiring manager was the worst. He was not selling me or even explaining about the role but was interested in me proving my credentials. He said he just moved to the US which makes sense in the way he conducted the interview or the process. It felt like I was interviewing for a college part-time job.
Quick feedback about the reject which was the best thing of the interview. Appreciate the recruiter for his efforts. Recruiter hinted that many interviewers were unhappy with the interview process in general for the team as he said he got similar feedback from other candidates. Most of interviewers tried to prove their knowledge about something rather than trying to get to know my understanding or experience.
Advise is to implement a process and train interviewers in the way they speak to a candidate.

Employee Referral, call from recruiter, 1st phone interview, video interviews with 5 engineers and 1 director. Recruiter was quick to reach out initially and after 1st round but the lack of response thereafter was appalling. They chose video interview instead of onsite. I received absolutely no feedback from the recruiter after that. Ghosting seems to be common in the hiring process here. So you assume that it was a reject! I have received call from other recruiters as well and when the hiring manager has an urgent need, they chase candidates, but when no longer interested, there is no email or phone communication indicating position has been filled or otherwise. Poor experience. Would not recommend unless you have a direct interaction with the hiring manager.
