Interview process was a bit chaotic and disjointed. Received an email from HR saying they were moving on with other candidates and then a few days later an email from the hiring mgr to say that they would like to have me talk to other folks. The right hand didn't seem to know what the left hand was doing.

5. Panel interview with a mock sales presentation with a fictive customer's c-level team. Present the VMware story.
1st Round line manager - general questions & experience
2nd Round peer colleague - More technical part & scenario play
All interview conduct through video conference
However, got no response after 2nd round for more than 1 month.

I have gone thru a very disconnected process from application, to interview and feedback. Really disappointing experience for me with such a big IT company.. in my humble opinion they should review the process.
