I had two phone interviews with the companies recruiter. After that, I had two 1:1 interviews - the first one with my future manager and two weeks later a second one with the Regional Director.

No difficult or unexpected questions have been asked. Just standard recruitment questions like why I would like to join VMware, what are my streghts and weaknesses and so on...
