The very first interview was with Hiring Manager, I cleared that round, then I was asked my preferred day for assignment.
I was sent a coding assignment using best automation framework guidelines and no inbuilt methods. I submitted it but then after never got an update from them. I kept waiting for a month and then my profile was No longer under consideration.
Advice to VMware:
I believe if a candidate is being contacted for an assignment, then please be humble enough to provide the feedback as well in mail instead of keeping him blank.
SDET interview at VMWARE was good experience.
The recruiter was friendly, Process was smooth and on time.Prepare the Job description well.Be confident and clear . I had to postpone interview twice but got lucky third time
