Colloquio
30 min interview with the manager and she was so lovely. It was mostly chatting about my background and learning more about VMware and the position. Second interview was with a recruiter on the team where she asked me a lot of behavioral questions and dig in more into my experience doing the job. Third interview was with another recruiter on the team and it was a little more casual and conversational. We chatted about my background and he gave me a ton more info on the position. Fourth interview was with the Director who asked me questions about the previous interviews I had, what I learned from them so far, provide additional context and went high level through my background. I quickly heard back from the manager that they all had very positive feedback and the following business day I was given an offer!

Colloquio
Interview taken virtually. Horrible experience
The interview was virtual as COVID had hit at the time.
I met with a Sr. Recruiter. The recruiter shared their screen with me to review a resume, but I ended up viewing ping on the teams chat that a candidate shouldn't have to see. The interviewer then went on to take another call without going on mute and I had to hear the whole conversation, again, not something a candidate needs to hear. The interviewer was not mindful that they were not on mute. Interviewer kept saying "Blah Blah Blah" in the interview, quite literally.
It also shows how NOT serious they were about taking the interview. It was a bad experience. I did not get an offer but was grateful because I wouldn't want to work in team like this that had zero consideration for candidate experience.
They did not even come back with the updates either on phone or email, so assumed was not shortlisted.
