I did the first interview, the interviewer was great, actually.
Very respectful and supportive, I passed the first stage and waiting for the second and final stage.
Basically, the first stage is more about you and your personality.

The interview process was smooth but takes too long since the screening call to the final interview.
I was told that I passed all the interviews but never received an offer.

THE Vmware interview process is worst than any other company. Process took 1 month. 1st : - technical round Basic Networking (45 min) 2nd : - Technical round -Core Network (1h20 min) 3rd: - They call Management round but again it 90 % Core Networking questions and 10 % management questions (1h30 min). 4th : - Hiring Manager round (15-20 min, And guess what Again Technical round ) . 2 weeks no updates and even after followup by the candidate. After 3 weeks finally received an email stating they are not considaring my profile.
