5. Panel interview with a mock sales presentation with a fictive customer's c-level team. Present the VMware story.
1st Round line manager - general questions & experience
2nd Round peer colleague - More technical part & scenario play
All interview conduct through video conference
However, got no response after 2nd round for more than 1 month.

I have gone thru a very disconnected process from application, to interview and feedback. Really disappointing experience for me with such a big IT company.. in my humble opinion they should review the process.
