I was ghosted by the recruiter after the process. Wasted my time and energy. Will never interview with VMware again. At least tell the result after the candidate has invested 3-4 hours of interviewing and many hours of preparing

Interview took about 2 months as they are extremely unorganized. The interviews were about 6 of them. Different types of technical expertise, live coding session. The staff interviewing were a mix, some knew what they were doing some i was wondering why they are even there.

Unclear hiring process. No feedback provided. Just they reject you without telling a single word. Interviewers are hell bent and don't see like different Outlook to a problem. Whatever they have learnt they want to see that only. I was rejected after 3 rounds of good performance at interviews. Now i feel good that they rejected me because the manner in which they rejected gives a glimpse of company culture.
