The interview process at VM Ware was relly so long, the hiring people were not very organized and also they refused to share anything about the salary range which his unacceptable to me. on the other hand, insisted on knowing my salary expectations.

If you make it past the recruiter then be prepared to have 2-3 more interviews. You need to keep to the script and not deviate. Don't be long winded or tell long stories.
