The process was smooth, quick and candid. I had at least four interviews with very knowledgeable and smart managers that were able to convey many insights and the business needs in a conversational and amiable way. The first interview was done by a recruiter, sort of pre-screening where they wanted to measure English skills, check for previous experience and share job requirements. Second interview was with hiring manager. Very to-the-point, concrete about previous experience, some situational and awareness questions, job-specific. Then, there was a panel type interview with hiring manager and his manager. Included more specific questions, tougher if I nay add. Finally, another interview with the manager's manager. Very candid also, but hard to empathize with. Repetitive questions from previous two interactions.

I was contacted by the recruiter via email and phone; after the initial interview, the interview with the hiring manager was scheduled promptly. I was initially scheduled for a phone interview with the recruiter and, subsequently, a Skype interview with the hiring manager was coordinated.
