The interview process was completely one sided. Be prepared to hear, I am sorry this role is not for you because of xyz reasons in the middle of the conversation. The interviewer should have been more curious to know my strengths, how i can make a difference and ask some good technical questions. But instead, I was asked what i was currently doing and that it did not match their expectation. It is obvious it will not match, that is the whole purpose for the interview to find the common link in skill and interest for a future role.No opportunity for the interviewee to ask questions.
