In depth strategic discussions with different levels (VP, other directors, and engineering). Not standard process for this role, it was more evaluating me as a person and my experiences. I had to do some presenting as well as white boarding to go over a strategy discussion, but this was not too tough and was more collaborative/discussion type structure.

4-5 interviewer from hiring manager, stakeholders and other manager level from related team, HR and HRbP also joined interview too. It takes longer for offer process after interview. Usually takes 1-2months.

expedited, well laid out and good communication from the HR professional. scheduled the multiple interviews at agreeable times, were direct and a little 'too easy' - felt more conversational than interview really.
