This is a 1099 job with hourly pay and bonuses. I encountered red flags after I spoke with two other contractors referred to me by the owner. One had not been paid yet after 5 weeks [enormous red flag], and the other refused to speak to me even though she claimed to have worked with VO Sales Group for 11 years. She would not tell me anything about the job until I cleared it with the owner. Also, she was on a break from the company. The conversation struck me as off-putting and odd.
