The company does not care about the candidates. No feedback was provided. No reply. Please change anything about your attitude towards people interested in your company. It's simply the matter of mutual respect. Candidates deserve to know that preparation of CV and creation of motivation letter didn't mean wasted time. Unfortunately, it looks like that if you do not even bother to reply.
