I interviewed with VOXO several months ago and had what initially seemed like a promising and organized process. I met with multiple people, including leadership, and was told everything was moving forward pending budget approvals. Weeks turned into months, and despite multiple follow-ups, I continued receiving the same “we’re just waiting on the budget” response. Eventually, after months of being strung along, I received a standard rejection email with no real explanation. The lack of communication, transparency, and follow-through made the experience feel very unprofessional. It seemed like internal organization and communication between teams were major issues. It’s unfortunate, because the people I met were pleasant in person, but the process felt misleading and disingenuous overall. If you’re interviewing here, I’d advise not to get your hopes up or pause other opportunities while waiting.
