After having first been being contacted by a 3rd party headhunter, I had a couple of initial interviews via Teams with a senior management representative. The person seemed interested and wanted to take things further by proceeding with F2F interviews. However, this never happened and from there on I was ghosted. Needless to say, I lost any interest in this company.
