I had an initial phone screen with the CTO and then VREAL flew me to Seattle where I had 3 different interviews, 2 with 2 employees at a time and a larger lunch interview with the CEO, PM, CTO, and engineering lead.

All 3 interview sets were mostly about personality fit and didn't dive too deeply into technical questions. VREAL seemed more interested in finding out if I was a good fit for the team rather than diving into the depths of specific technical areas. Each interview was more of a casual and relaxed conversation rather than a question/answer session with engineers.
My previous employer is a very large, Fortune 100 company and all 3 groups asked why I wanted to change to a start-up and if I'd be comfortable in doing so.
