My interview was a pleasant experience. The interviewer did not use a scripted set of questions. The interview followed a more conversational approach which I enjoyed. By the interviewer not using canned questions, I was able to convey how I my experiences in and out of the workforce would make me an effective consultant who would add immediate value to the organization.
