Applied via recruiter, was interviewed onsite for 40 minutes. Interview was a basic tech experience screen with their stack. This really should just be a phone call. Its nice to be invited onsite but it cost money to get to the office via transport and taking time of work due to travel time and interview time. Was told the day after that they were going to continue without and got feedback as to why which was nice, not many places give feedback as to where you fall down compared to others. The waste of time and money for what was a basic phone screen is why my review is negative. Process was ok other wise. The next stage was 3 - 4 hour long code test onsite so there is a lot of commitment from interviewees about giving time to do the process.
