I submitted my resume online and received acall the next day to complete a phone interview. I was then invited for an in-person interview. After I arrived on site I was told I didn't have the experienced they were looking for, but they pitched me a position anyway which I found pretty strange. I mean, first of all why bring me to your office if I don't have the experience you want, and second, why would you send me to interview with a client if my background isn't a good fit?Ultimately, I declined the client interview and found another recruiting firm to work with. I'm happy to report I received a direct hire offer which I accepted.
The interview process includes several stages, beginning with standard behavioral questions and a detailed walkthrough of your resume. You’ll be asked about how you work in teams, handle challenges, and communicate effectively. A language proficiency test is also part of the process to evaluate your fluency and comprehension. Overall, the process is structured, professional, and designed to assess both technical and interpersonal skills.

One standout question was: “Can you describe a time you faced a conflict in a team and how you resolved it?” — they were really focused on collaboration and problem-solving.
Pretty straight forward interview. It was not difficult at all. Interviewer was on time and professional. It lasted approximately 45min with the remaining 15 min for questions. Moved on to the second round.
Very quick and simple just asked about my previous role, what i was doing daily there, what my qualifications were and why they should choose me for this position at Vaco .
