The interview process was informative and well structured overall with two or so interviews before a face-to-face meeting with leadership and members of the team that you would collaborate with in the role.
The interview is less complex compared to full time positions within tech companies like Amazon, Google, Salesforce etc
The interview process includes several stages, beginning with standard behavioral questions and a detailed walkthrough of your resume. You’ll be asked about how you work in teams, handle challenges, and communicate effectively. A language proficiency test is also part of the process to evaluate your fluency and comprehension. Overall, the process is structured, professional, and designed to assess both technical and interpersonal skills.

One standout question was: “Can you describe a time you faced a conflict in a team and how you resolved it?” — they were really focused on collaboration and problem-solving.
Very quick and simple just asked about my previous role, what i was doing daily there, what my qualifications were and why they should choose me for this position at Vaco .
Pretty straight forward interview. It was not difficult at all. Interviewer was on time and professional. It lasted approximately 45min with the remaining 15 min for questions. Moved on to the second round.
