The initial interview at Vaco was a very relaxed meeting. They took the time to get to know your background and find out what your preferences and priorities were in a position. A good back and forth to get to know each other. Later on were some phone interviews to cover specific client needs and opportunities. Highly recommend talking to Vaco.
